Player plans
Players progress through Cub Jaguar → Young Jaguar → Guardian Jaguar, aligned with U.S. Soccer development principles and the four pillars of the game: technical, tactical, physical, and psychological.
Key Focus Areas
Ball mastery with both feet - Attacking and defending principles - Confidence in decision-making - Team awareness and responsibility.
Short-Term Opportunities
We provide focused development in a high-energy, short-term format. Players sharpen specific skills, gain confidence, and experience new challenges without long-term commitment. These programs complement academy training and are ideal for exposure, skill acceleration, or re-igniting motivation.
What you can expect
Foundation Phase
Cub Jaguars are in the discovery stage — learning how to move, explore, and fall in love with the ball. Sessions focus on coordination, balance, confidence, and playful repetition in a safe, encouraging environment. This stage builds the emotional and physical foundation needed for long-term growth. Everything is designed to spark joy, curiosity, and comfort on the field.
Individualized Jaguar Path
Private training is fully customized to the player’s needs, goals, and mindset. Sessions target technical gaps, game IQ, confidence, and emotional resilience. This environment allows for precision coaching and accelerated development. Best used alongside academy training or during key growth phases.
